“You, first.”

You can exist without your company,
but your company cannot exist without you.

So you need to prioritize one of them first.
And it’s the annoying one: you.

This morning I woke up as if a truck had run over me during the night. It’s been quite a busy week, but nothing extraordinary.

Normally I read a few pages in the morning, but because the calendar had always showed a busy day ahead, I skipped it.

But reading energizes me.

So I skipped the one thing that charges my batteries, for a full day of needing them. The math wasn’t mathing.

Conclusion

Yourself > Company.
There is no company without you.
But there is you without the company.
